Corinne is a graduate from the College of Saint Elizabeth holding a bachelor's of science degree in foods and nutrition with a concentration in dietetics. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 

Her passion for nutrition and fitness initially developed after struggling to find a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

Since then, she has made it her mission to dedicate her time and effort into helping others get through their own struggles and better themselves. What she loves most is being able to help people change their mindset and belief in themselves!
